When you’re starting off as an entrepreneur, you have nothing.And every decision …every purchase you make …if it doesn’t go well, that could be your last purchase.
2010, I launched Dormco.com, as a second run. But as I got going, I really wanted to get to know the supplier …and see their factory, see their vision, see if they could really make the product.
When I start a search, I click the verified supplier button …and only allow the sources to filter that are verified. To me, the Verified Supplier feature represents TRUST. It’s the videos of the showroom …it’s the videos of the factory … It’s the certifications …it’s the inspections …it’s the supplier showing their products that they feature …all the different data points about each supplier.
Right now, my company brings in about 350 containers per year … and we do it with no contracts. It is a story of trust and being connected with each and every supplier.

现在我的公司每年都会采购至少350个集装箱以上的商品…而且我们之间的交易都没有（纸质）合同。这是一个关于信任和如何连接每一个供应商的故事。
